This Privacy Policy explains how TaskyLand collects, uses, protects, and deletes data for parents, children, invited family members, and app reviewers. TaskyLand is a family task, habit, reward, and notification app designed for parent-managed child profiles.

No sale of personal data We do not sell family, child, or behavioral data.
Parent-managed children Child profiles are created, connected, and deleted by a parent or guardian.
Limited proof media Photos, audio, or video proofs are used only for task verification.

1. Who operates TaskyLand

TaskyLand is available at taskyland.cloud. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@taskyland.cloud. General support requests can be sent to support@taskyland.cloud.

2. Data we collect

3. How we use data

4. Children and parental control

TaskyLand is parent-managed. A child does not create an independent public account. A parent creates the family, creates child profiles, chooses proof requirements, invites other adults, and can revoke child device access or delete child data.

Child mode is limited to age-appropriate task completion, avatar progress, rewards, and family notifications. Children cannot access parent account settings, billing settings, or other families.

5. Proof media and retention

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to operate the service:

7. Advertising and tracking

TaskyLand does not use third-party behavioral advertising in child mode. We do not sell or rent behavioral profiles. If this changes, this policy and app-store disclosures will be updated before the change is used.

8. Your choices and rights

In the current parent app flow, these controls live in Parent dashboard - Settings - Data rights and deletion. The family owner can copy a family JSON export, delete the selected child data, or delete the entire family. Child and family deletion also clears related proof media according to the retention and cleanup rules above.

9. Security

We use role-based access controls, scoped family permissions, signed media links, rate limits, audit logs, secure token handling, and data-deletion procedures. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design TaskyLand around family privacy and limited access.

10. App review and testing access

App-store reviewers should use the test credentials and review notes provided privately in the relevant store console. Public pages do not publish passwords. Reviewers can access the parent dashboard after login and can use the parent dashboard to view child profiles, tasks, reports, approvals, rewards, settings, and child connection details.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as TaskyLand evolves. The latest version will always be available on this page with the effective date above.
